Everyone here does client work. There is no layer of people who only manage other people, and no expectation that you sell something you do not believe in.
We are based inside the Sharjah Research, Technology and Innovation Park, which means the labs, universities and technology companies you would want to collaborate with are a short walk away rather than a procurement cycle away.

A share of your time is allocated to the firm own research agenda, not billed to a client.

Where a client agrees, we support publishing the work under your name.
Senior by default
You present your own findings to clients. No one else fronts your work.

Senior GIS Consultant
Run client engagements from discovery through delivery. Strong data modelling, analysis and stakeholder skills; Arabic an advantage.
GeoAI Engineer
Deep learning on imagery: feature extraction, change detection and segmentation, with a genuine evaluation-first discipline.
GIS Developer
Build web and field applications on the ArcGIS platform and open source stacks. Python, JavaScript and an eye for usable interfaces.
Technical Trainer
Deliver GIS, GeoAI and data courses in English and Arabic, and help build the catalogue. Practitioner experience essential.
Associate researchers
We maintain a named register of specialists engaged per study. Tell us your discipline and we will be in touch when the work fits.
